I have completed Bachelor's degree in accounting with four years experience in the same position and seven years experience in public accounting with the tasks and responsibilities focusing on:
• Reporting to the controller, US operations, this position requires a highly motivated, detail-oriented, service-focused individual to be responsible for managing worldwide revenue compliance and US billing and collection activities while also working independently to complete ad hoc projects
• Ensure revenue recognition policy is followed worldwide and in compliance with GAAP.
• Manage the day-to-day operations and monthly close of accounts receivable and collections for the US entity in accordance with GAAP.
• Manage and develop a staff of six, ensuring they are motivated and empowered to maximize performance and maintain high morale.
• Create and update revenue-related accounting policies and procedures as required.

• Recommend and implement process improvements.
• Assist in the preparation of audit schedules.
• Support various special projects.
In addition to my extensive experience, I have Extensive knowledge of and experience with revenue accounting and accounts receivable, Significant hands-on, working knowledge of financial and CRM applications (PeopleSoft and Siebel), report writers (nVision, Crystal Reports), and other desktop applications (Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), Proven analytical skills and solid business experience, Outstanding interpersonal, communication, business partnering, and managerial skills are essential. My broad background makes me an excellent candidate for Revenue Accounting Manager position.
